Born in Vancouver in the mid 60's, Chad Wozniak has been a Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland resident all his life, living in White Rock from 1968 and most recently Abbotsford since 1976. Chad has attended private Christian school (MEI) and graduated from public school in the early 80's. Over the past years Chad has attended BCIT and studied Operation Management. He has worked for many major corporations and organizations such as Hudson's Bay Company, Canada Post, Union Carbide, Superior Propane and the RCMP. As a compliment to his diverse back ground Chad operated a local Real Estate Appraisal company in the late 90's and was a Teamster negotiator prior. In turn this has helped him better serve his clients with accurate and thorough advice.

On a personal level you may have met Chad in one of his many community capacities. Past member of Chamber of Commerce White Rock and Abbotsford, Rotary Club, Big Brothers and Salvation Army. Other organizations include BBB, Commercial Division Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (Candidate) and numerous strata councils and networking groups.

Most recently Chad has received the 2007 Medallion Award for top rate performance in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board within the industry.
